Agreement

These terms apply when you create an account on or use Wagtide, whether as a pet care business (“business”) or as a client of a business. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

The service

Wagtide provides software for scheduling, invoicing and messaging. The pet care services themselves are provided by the business, not by Wagtide. Questions about a booking, a service, a price or a refund should go to the business.

Your account

  • Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your password secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Tell us promptly if you think your account has been accessed without permission.

Text messages (SMS)

By providing a mobile number you agree to receive text messages about your bookings, services and invoices from the business through Wagtide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, START to opt back in, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Payments

Invoices are issued by the business. Payments you make go to the business, which is responsible for its prices, taxes and refunds. Card payments, where offered, are processed by our payment provider.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use Wagtide for anything unlawful, or to send spam or messages people have not agreed to receive.
  • Do not try to access another business's or person's data.
  • Do not interfere with or attempt to disrupt the service.

Availability and changes

Wagtide is in early access. Features may change and the service may occasionally be unavailable. We may update these terms; we will post changes on this page and update the date above.

Disclaimers and liability

Wagtide is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Wagtide is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts or omissions of any business using the service.

Ending your account

You can stop using Wagtide at any time and ask us to delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
